This home has two levels of living space with plenty of room for the whole family. The first floor features a living room with wet bar and a couch (full sofa bed) with an attached bathroom with a queen bed and full size washer and dryer. Upstairs has a large second living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with a bunk bed-full & twin bed, full bathroom to share, and lovely views of hole 11. Only 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon, & 30 minutes to Cannon Mtn! This condo can comfortably sleep 9 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one parking spot in the garage and 3 parking spots in the driveway. Trailers are not allowed to be parked in front of the home or in communal parking but are allowed in the restaurant parking lot in the resort. Corridor 11 Snowmobile Trail/ride on the course! Renter responsible for Heat & Hot Water (Propane) as well as electricity usage.
