By registering for our free Automatic Email account, you will be able to easily search for listings throughout New Hampshire according to any set of criteria you want. You may then save those searches in our system and retrieve them in the future. You'll have access to any property listed on the Multiple Listing Service immediately, as soon as it comes on the market.

You may also opt to receive automatic emails from those searches on a weekly, daily, or hourly basis. If anything within your saved search changes -- for example, if the price of a property changes or if a new property that fits your criteria enters the market -- you will receive an email letting you know. To stop receiving automatic email updates, simply log in to you account and either delete your search or click the option No to receive the emails.
